Today is the Last Day to Apply for Swastik Laghubitta IPO

Today Shrawan 9, is the final day to apply for the IPO issued by Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, which opened from Ashad 27. This IPO is exclusively for Nepali citizens currently employed abroad.
The company received approval to issue 231,000 units of shares, equivalent to 40% of its issued capital worth NPR 23.1 million. Out of this, 1,155 units are reserved for company employees and 11,550 units for mutual funds. The remaining 23,100 units are allocated to Nepali migrant workers who have received labor approval from the Government of Nepal.
Migrant workers can apply for a minimum of 10 units and up to a maximum of 5,000 units. ICRA Nepal has assigned the company a rating of "ICRA NP-issuer rating B@", indicating a high risk of default in meeting financial obligations on time.
The issue manager for this IPO is Nabil Investment Banking Limited. Interested applicants abroad can apply through the C-ASBA system via banks and financial institutions authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
