Today is the last day to secure dividends of Laxmi Sunrise Bank and Kalinchok Darshan Limited.

Today, Mangsir 29 (Monday), is the last day to secure dividends of two companies. Shareholders who have maintained their holdings through trading on NEPSE until today will be eligible to participate in the upcoming annual general meetings and receive dividends from Laxmi Sunrise Bank and Kalinchowk Darshan. Both companies are closing their books tomorrow, Poush 1, for AGM and dividend distribution purposes. Laxmi Sunrise Bank is set to hold its 25th AGM on Poush 14 in Kathmandu, where it will propose a 10 percent bonus share along with 0.53 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Similarly, Kalinchowk Darshan will convene its 11th AGM on Poush 15 in Kathmandu, proposing a 5 percent bonus share and 0.263 percent cash dividend, along with a proposal to issue a 100 percent right share after the distribution of bonus shares.
