United Idi Mardi Hydropower to Hold AGM on Chaitra 11, Announces 4% Bonus Shares

United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Limited has announced a 4% bonus share distribution along with a 0.21% cash dividend for tax purposes. To approve the dividend proposal, the company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 11 at 11 AM at Abhya Club, Gharipatan-17, Pokhara. The meeting will also present a proposal to issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio.

The company has decided to issue 100% rights shares based on the paid-up capital after the bonus share distribution. Currently, its paid-up capital stands at NPR 443.1 million. For the AGM, the company will close its book on Falgun 23, meaning only shareholders holding shares until Falgun 22 will be eligible to participate.
