1. Finance: 27.60%

2. Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers: 27.61%

3. Education, Science, and Technology: 27.94%

Ministries with the Highest Expenditure:

1. Defense: 81.72%

2. Physical Infrastructure and Transport: 59.66%

Total Capital Expenditure:

- Total Allocated Budget: NPR 302 billion

- Total Expenditure: NPR 148.50 billion (49.16%)

Conclusion:

As of Asar 18, the capital expenditure status of various ministries is quite weak. Similarly, despite the Physical Infrastructure and Transport Ministry having the highest allocated budget, its expenditure is only 59.66%.
