Several companies listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) have received ‘A’ credit ratings from credit rating agencies. This rating signifies strong financial stability, excellent debt repayment capacity, and solid risk management. Investments in these companies are generally considered less risky and more stable.

A-rated commercial banks include Nepal SBI Bank (SBI), Standard Chartered Bank Nepal (SCB), Nabil Bank (NABIL), Citizens Bank International (CZBIL), Sanima Bank (SANIMA), Global IME Bank (GBIME), and Siddhartha Bank (SBL).
