Auction of Unsubscribed Rights Shares of Asian Life Insurance — Final Day Today

Kathmandu — Asian Life Insurance Company has put its unsubscribed rights shares up for auction, with today (Ashoj 5) being the final day to submit bids.

The company had earlier issued rights shares at a ratio of 1:0.42 from Asar 25 to Shrawan 20. Shares that remained unsubscribed during that issuance are now being auctioned. This includes 30,038.57 shares from the promoter group and 328,473.91 shares from the general public group.

The minimum price has been set at NPR 100 per share. Investors must submit bids at or above this price. For applications, the minimum requirement is 1,000 shares for the promoter group and 100 shares for the general public group. There is no upper limit on the maximum number of shares one can apply for.

The issue manager for this auction is Muktinath Capital Limited. In addition to the issue manager’s office, investors can submit bid applications through various branches of Muktinath Bikas Bank, including Thimi (Bhaktapur), Kumaripati (Lalitpur), Birtamod, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Chipledhunga (Pokhara), Baglung, Butwal, Ghorahi (Dang), Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Dhangadhi, and Mahendranagar.
