Beni Hydropower Project Limited to Issue IPO, 19th Annual General Meeting Announced

Beni Hydropower Project Limited has announced the issuance of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. In this regard, the company has called for its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM), where the IPO proposal will be discussed and approved.

The meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Tangal, Kathmandu, at 1:00 PM. During the meeting, the company will present its annual report, auditor's report, balance sheet, and profit-loss statement, with discussions held to approve these proposals.
