Garima Bikas Bank Announces Book Closure for Dividend and AGM

Garima Bikas Bank Limited has announced Kartik 18 as the book closure date for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. The decision was made during the bank’s 335th board meeting held on Kartik 2.

Only shareholders registered by Kartik 17 will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend. For the fiscal year 2080/81, the bank has proposed a total dividend of 10.53%, comprising 6% bonus shares and 4.53% cash dividend (including tax).

To approve this proposal, the bank has scheduled its AGM on Kartik 27 in Pokhara. Once endorsed, shareholders will receive their respective dividends accordingly.
