Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Declares 8.421% Dividend for Shareholders

Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited (PMLI) has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The company has proposed a total dividend of 8.421 percent based on its paid-up capital, which includes 4 percent bonus shares and 4.421 percent cash dividend (inclusive of tax). The decision was made during the board of directors’ meeting held on December 18 (Poush 2). The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
