Gold and Silver Prices Drop in Nepal

On Tuesday, May 27, 2025 (Jestha 13), the price of gold and silver declined in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold dropped by NPR 200 per tola compared to the previous day. As a result, hallmark gold is now being traded at NPR 190,900 per tola, down from NPR 191,100 on Monday.

Similarly, the price of silver has also seen a slight decrease. Silver fell by NPR 10 per tola and is currently being traded at NPR 1,995 per tola. On Monday, it was traded at NPR 2,005 per tola. This slight correction in the precious metals market reflects ongoing international market fluctuations and investor sentiments.
