Gold and Silver Prices Drop – What Are Today’s Rates?

Wednesday, 25th June, 2025 – The price of gold and silver has dropped again in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has decreased by Rs. 1,500 per tola and is currently being traded at Rs. 192,000. On Tuesday, gold was traded at Rs. 193,500 per tola. This marks the second consecutive day of declining gold prices.
Similarly, silver has also seen a drop in value. It has decreased by Rs. 20 per tola and is currently being traded at Rs. 2,140. On Tuesday, the price was Rs. 2,160 per tola. Analysts suggest that the ongoing volatility in the international market is influencing the local price movement of precious metals in Nepal.
