IPO of SY Panel Nepal Limited Opens from Today

Kathmandu – The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SY Panel Nepal Limited, which was previously postponed due to the Gen-Z movement, has officially opened for subscription from today, Ashoj 7.
On Bhadra 17, the company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 40% of its issued capital worth NPR 1.3089 billion – equivalent to 5,232,548 shares valued at NPR 523.25 million at a par value of NPR 100 each.
Shares for Locals and Migrant Workers
Out of the total issuance:
261,629 shares (2%) worth NPR 26.16 million are allocated for locals of the industry-affected area. Eligible applicants include residents of all wards of Ratnanagar Municipality, Chitwan District.
497,092 shares worth NPR 49.7 million are reserved for Nepali citizens working abroad who have obtained official labor approval from the Government of Nepal.
The subscription deadline for locals is Ashoj 21 (earliest) and Kartik 9 (latest), while for migrant workers, the subscription will close on Ashoj 10 (earliest) and Ashoj 21 (latest).
Reserved Quotas
Additionally, the company has reserved:
149,127 shares for its employees, and
248,546 shares for mutual funds.

The issue manager for this IPO is Prabhu Capital Limited.
