Kumari Bank Decides Not to Distribute Dividend This Year

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has announced that it will not distribute any dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The decision was made during the board meeting held on Wednesday, Kartik 26, where the directors reviewed the bank’s current financial position and opted against declaring dividends. The bank has also decided to submit the corresponding financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) as per regulatory requirements. The decision to withhold dividends may impact short-term investor returns, while the bank stated that it is aligned with its capital planning and future strategic priorities.
