National Microfinance Financial Institution Declares 15 Percent Dividend

National Microfinance Financial Institution Limited (NMFBS) has announced a dividend distribution for its shareholders from the profit earned in the previous fiscal year. The microfinance company has declared a total dividend of 15 percent based on its existing paid-up capital.

Out of the total declared dividend, 14.25 percent will be distributed in the form of bonus shares, while the remaining 0.75 percent will be provided as a cash dividend for tax purposes. The decision was made during the meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Poush 1.

The company stated that the dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement from the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
