This procurement effort is registered under Sealed Quotation No: NRB/ASMD/IT/GOODS/SQ/01/081/82.

The first publication for this procurement notice was made on 2082/01/14, with the second publication on 2082/02/05. The invitation is aimed at registered and eligible suppliers who can participate via the electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system managed by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO).

Prospective bidders can access the bidding documents through the PPMO’s website (www.bolpatra.gov.np). To participate, bidders must submit a non-refundable fee of NPR 1,000, payable under Miscellaneous Income, Account Number 1100000/030.012.524 at Nepal Rastra Bank’s Banking Department in Baluwatar. The deadline for fee submission and electronic bid submission is 2082/02/20 at 12:00 PM.

A bid security of minimum NPR 40,000, valid until 2082/05/01, is mandatory. This security can be submitted via bank guarantee or as a cash deposit in Deposit Account No. 1109901/011/203/524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali, Kathmandu.

The bid opening is scheduled for 2082/02/20 at 1:00 PM, and interested representatives are welcome to attend at NRB’s Baluwatar office.

NRB has clarified that if the deadline coincides with a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the final day for submission. Regardless, the validity period of the bid security will remain unchanged.

The central bank reserves full authority to accept or reject any or all bids—either in full or in part—without assigning any reason. All bidding activities must comply with the Electronic Procurement Directives, 2080, issued by the PPMO.

This notice underscores NRB’s continued effort to upgrade its IT infrastructure and maintain transparency and competitiveness in public procurement.
