NEPSE Adjusts Share Prices of Five Companies Ahead of Book Closure

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share prices of five companies on Thursday. The companies whose prices have been adjusted are: Agricultural Development Bank (ADBL), Barun Hydropower, Sarbottam Cement, Ngadi Power, and Shine Resunga Development Bank. The adjustments were made following the book closure announcements for dividend distribution.

According to NEPSE, ADBL’s last traded price on Thursday was NPR 328.90. Based on the 3.25% bonus shares announced by the bank, the adjusted price now stands at NPR 318.55.

Similarly, Barun Hydropower, which declared a 4.75% bonus share distribution, had its last traded price of NPR 353.90 adjusted to NPR 337.85.

Sarbottam Cement’s share price has been adjusted to NPR 870.38 based on its 5% bonus share declaration. The company’s last traded price on Thursday was NPR 913.90.

Ngadi Power also declared a 5% bonus share distribution. With its last traded price of NPR 397.60, the adjusted share price now stands at NPR 379.57.

Meanwhile, Shine Resunga Development Bank’s 3% bonus shares led to an adjusted price of NPR 411.65. Its last traded price before adjustment was NPR 424.

NEPSE has stated that the shares of all five companies will start trading at the adjusted prices from Sunday.
