Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Issues Notice for Sale of 44,000 Promoter Shares

Kathmandu — Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited (PMLIL) has published a notice regarding the sale of promoter shares by one of its existing promoter shareholders, inviting other promoters to apply for purchase within the given period.

According to the notice issued under Directive No. 11 of the Promoter Share Trading Guidelines, 2077, the promoter shareholder NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited has expressed interest in selling 44,000 units of promoter shares it currently holds.

The company has announced that interested promoter shareholders may submit their applications to purchase the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice at the company’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

If no applications are received within the specified time frame, the company will proceed according to the prevailing legal provisions.
