River Falls Power Limited’s Right Share Issue Closes Today

River Falls Power Limited is closing its ongoing right share issue today, Ashoj 26, 2082 (October 12, 2025).

The company had opened the issuance of right shares in a 1:1 ratio for its existing shareholders as of Shrawan 22, 2082 (August 6, 2025). Accordingly, the company offered 7,000,000 (70 lakh) ordinary right shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share to raise additional capital.

The right share issue was opened on Bhadra 23, 2082 (September 8, 2025) and will officially close today, Ashoj 26, 2082 (October 12, 2025), during regular banking hours. The company has requested shareholders who have not yet applied to submit their applications by the end of the day to secure their rights.
