“Road to IPO & Credit Rating” Program Concludes Successfully in Chitwan

The “Road to IPO & Credit Rating” program, organized by the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF) Chitwan, concluded successfully with support from NIMB Ace Capital, Pioneer Law Firm, and CareEdge Ratings. The event aimed to guide entrepreneurs through the IPO issuance process, credit rating requirements, and enhance overall financial literacy.

Welcoming the participants, NYEF Chitwan President F.C.A. Nishan Paudel emphasized the importance of capacity-building initiatives for young entrepreneurs.

Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy CEO of NIMB Ace Capital, conducted a detailed workshop on IPO preparedness, strategic planning, Nepal’s IPO market outlook, and common mistakes companies make during the process.

Anup Raj Upreti, Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Firm, explained the key legal provisions, regulatory mechanisms, and compliance requirements necessary for public issuance.

Similarly, Anand Prakash Jha, CEO of CareEdge Ratings Nepal, presented insights on how financial strength, good governance, risk management, and transparency influence credit ratings.

According to the organizers, the program provided valuable knowledge to Chitwan-based entrepreneurs on capital market entry, company structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
