Sahas Urja Appoints Sushil Thapa as Managing Director of Subsidiary Times Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Sahas Urja Limited, one of Nepal’s leading hydropower companies, has appointed Mr. Sushil Thapa as the Managing Director of its subsidiary company, Times Energy Pvt. Ltd.

According to an official notice signed by Mr. Dinesh Kumar Rokka, Company Secretary of Sahas Urja, the decision was made during the board meeting of Times Energy Pvt. Ltd. held on Ashwin 27, 2082 (October 13, 2025) at 3:00 PM. The meeting resolved to appoint Mr. Thapa, who also serves as a board member of both Sahas Urja and Times Energy, as the Managing Director of the subsidiary.

The company has informed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and other relevant regulatory authorities about the appointment.

Sahas Urja Limited is actively engaged in hydropower development and investment across Nepal. Its subsidiary, Times Energy Pvt. Ltd., plays a key role in expanding the company’s technical operations and energy investments.
