Shangrila Development Bank Announces Book Closure for 10.3583% Dividend; Calls 21st AGM on Poush 7

Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has announced that its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Poush 7, 2082.
One of the key agendas of the AGM is the endorsement of a 10.3583% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was approved during the 374th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Kartik 28. The dividend will be distributed from the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs. 3.55 Arba. The proposed distribution includes 5% bonus shares amounting to approximately Rs. 17.78 crores and 5.3583% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth around Rs. 19.05 crores. Altogether, the total dividend payout will be about Rs. 36.83 crores.
The bank has set the book closure period from Mangsir 23 to Poush 7, 2082. Shareholders who have maintained their shares before this period will be eligible for the dividend and can also attend the AGM.
The upcoming AGM of Shangrila Development Bank is expected to finalize major decisions, including dividend approval and annual operational discussions.
