SY Panel Nepal Limited IPO Opening from Ashoj 7

Kathmandu – The initial public offering (IPO) of SY Panel Nepal Limited, which was previously postponed due to the Gen-Z movement, will now open for subscription from Ashoj 7.
On Bhadra 17, the company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 5,232,548 ordinary shares worth NPR 52.32 crore at a face value of NPR 100 each. This is 40% of its issued capital of NPR 1.3089 billion.
2% (261,629 shares) have been reserved for local residents of Ratnanagar Municipality, Chitwan.
497,092 shares have been allocated to Nepali citizens working abroad with valid labor permits.
149,127 shares are set aside for the company’s employees.
248,546 shares are reserved for mutual funds.
The remaining shares will be available for general public investors from Ashoj 7 onwards.
