Today is the Last Day to Secure Dividend from Himalayan Life Insurance

Today is the final day to secure dividends from Himalayan Life Insurance Limited. The company has announced a book closure for tomorrow, Jestha 28, for the purpose of conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and distributing dividends. Hence, only shareholders who have purchased and held shares through NEPSE by the end of today will be eligible for the proposed dividend and allowed to participate in the AGM.

The AGM is scheduled for Asar 10 at 10:30 AM at Amrapali Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu.

The meeting will propose an 8% cash dividend (including tax) on the current paid-up capital of NPR 9.14 billion. Shareholders attending the AGM will discuss and approve this dividend proposal. The company has urged investors to ensure their eligibility by acquiring shares by today.
