United Idi Mardi Calls General Meeting to Approve Dividend and Rights Issue

United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has called its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 24, 2025, to approve a 4% bonus share and 0.211% cash dividend distribution from last fiscal year’s profit, along with a 1:1 rights share issuance. The meeting, scheduled at 11 AM at Abhya Club in Pokhara, will also pass proposals to amend the company’s memorandum and regulations, elect directors, and appoint an auditor. The company will close its books on March 7, 2025, meaning shareholders registered by March 6, 2025, can participate and receive the dividend.
