Vinay Kharel Appointed as Director of Sarbottam Cement Limited

Sarbottam Cement Limited has appointed Vinay Kharel as a new director of the company. The decision was made during the company’s 234th board meeting held on Sunday.

The meeting also accepted the resignation submitted by former director Utsav Neupane on Jestha 23 (June 5). Following the resignation, Kharel has been appointed to fill the vacant position, representing the group of founder shareholders.

With this decision, Kharel will now formally serve as a board member of Sarbottam Cement Limited.
