In the Nepali stock market, the attraction of investors who were previously in the hydropower sector has been seen in finance, microfinance and development banks in recent days. On Thursday, the entry of investors from all of them reached the hotel and tourism sector. After the improvement in the tourism sector during the third quarter of the current financial year, the revenue and net profit of most of the hotels increased, the investors shifted their investment to the companies in that sector. The income of insurance and commercial banks has been declining in recent years and due to high capital, investors have not been able to enter those sectors.
It seems that investors are paying attention to the business of companies with low capital and low supply in the stock market.
It is found that the business of the companies in any sector increases, by nature, the buying pressure of the investors is also directed towards the companies of the same sector. However, in recent days, as investors do not see a clear basis for NEPSE to increase, the sequence of securing profits in a short period of time has made the stock market unstable. Attempts to play in companies with such small capital have been laughed at by businessmen. For this reason, investors should invest only after analyzing the financial condition, institutional governance, profit and loss, gradual progress, price/earnings ratio and future progress of the script they are investing in.
On Thursday, NEPSE increased by 5.63 points to 1966.23 points .
