Both companies under Bottlers Nepal, which manufacture and distribute Coca-Cola in Nepal, have reported significant profit growth in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. The financial statements published by the companies show a sharp rise in net profit compared to the same period last year.
Bottlers Nepal Balaju: Profit Quadruples
Bottlers Nepal Balaju recorded a net profit of Rs. 32 crore 16 lakh in the first quarter. In the same period last fiscal year, the company had earned only Rs. 8 crore 43 lakh, indicating a massive growth in profitability.

The company’s annual Earnings Per Share (EPS) has also jumped sharply to Rs. 608, compared to Rs. 158 previously. Its net worth per share stands at Rs. 3,350, and the company’s share price closed at Rs. 16,000 per share on Thursday.

Sales revenue played a major role in this growth, rising from Rs. 2 billion 2 crore last year to Rs. 2 billion 61 crore this year.
The company’s annual EPS stands at Rs. 905, while its net worth per share is Rs. 3,142. The share closed at Rs. 10,800 per unit on Thursday.
