Garima Bikas Bank Holds 19th Annual General Meeting in Pokhara Today

Pokhara — Garima Bikas Bank Limited is holding its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Thursday, 27th Kartik, at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara, starting at 11 a.m.
The AGM will endorse a proposal to distribute a 6% bonus share and an additional 4.53% cash dividend for tax purposes, based on the bank’s current paid-up capital.
In addition, the meeting will also approve several other key agendas, including:
Relocation of the bank’s registered office,
Change of official seal and logo,
Authorization to the Board of Directors to pursue potential merger or acquisition with other banks and financial institutions,
Amendments to the bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, and
Appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the bank had announced a book closure on 18th Kartik, 2082. Therefore, investors who purchased shares by 17th Kartik are eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the proposed dividend.
