Gold and Silver Prices Rise in Nepali Market, Gold Up by Rs 900 Per Tola

Gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market on Wednesday, Mangsir 10, continuing the upward trend seen in recent days. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold rose by Rs 900 per tola, reaching Rs 248,800.

On Monday, the same category of gold was traded at Rs 247,900 per tola, showing a steady rise influenced by international market movements and currency fluctuations.

Similarly, silver prices also increased on Wednesday. After being traded at Rs 3,200 per tola on Tuesday, silver climbed by Rs 20, reaching Rs 3,220 per tola.

Market analysts say the rise in precious metal prices is linked to global market volatility, demand for safe-haven assets, and expectations surrounding upcoming economic policy signals from major central banks. With global uncertainties persisting, traders anticipate further fluctuations in gold and silver prices in the coming days.
