Shree Investment Finance Proposes 6.4% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82

Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has announced a 6.4% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The proposal was approved during the 362nd meeting of the Board of Directors held on Mangsir 9. Based on the company’s Rs. 1 Arba paid-up capital, the proposed dividend amounts to Rs. 6.4 crore in total cash payout.
The cash dividend will be distributed only after obtaining approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
