बैंकको निर्णय:
माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेडले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरुलाई लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने घोषणा।
बैठक मिति:
मंसिर २६ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठक।
वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन:
आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९/८० को अन्त्यसम्मको वितरणयोग्य मुनाफा तथा अन्य कोषलाई ऋणपत्र भुक्तानी कोषमा जम्मा गर्ने निर्णय।
स्वीकृतिका लागि प्रक्रिया:
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकमा सोही निर्णय अनुसारको वित्तीय विवरण पेश।
उद्देश्य:
दीर्घकालीन वित्तीय व्यवस्थापनलाई मजबुत बनाउने।
शेयरधनीको प्रतिक्रिया:
दीर्घकालीन योजना प्रति समर्थन र लाभांश नपाउँदा असन्तुष्टिको मिश्रित प्रतिक्रिया।
Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has announced that it will not distribute dividends to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80.
A meeting of the bank's Board of Directors held on Mangsir 26 decided to allocate the distributable profit and other reserves from the end of the fiscal year to the bond payment reserve fund.
The bank has submitted the financial report prepared in line with this decision to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
The bank stated that this decision prioritizes long-term financial stability. However, it has received mixed reactions from shareholders. While some have supported the bank's long-term vision, others have expressed dissatisfaction over the lack of dividends.
