Paiyu Khola Hydropower to issue IPO

Paiyu Khola Hydropower Company Limited has called a special general meeting on Ashar 3. The meeting will commence at 10 AM at the company's office in Tokha-5, Kathmandu.

During this meeting, the company will present a proposal to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Additionally, proposals to appoint an independent director and amend Rule 18 of the company’s regulations will also be discussed.

The company has requested shareholders to attend the meeting. The proposals to be approved at this meeting are expected to be significant for the company's future plans and operations.
