Super Madi Hydropower Limited has announced its dividend proposal for shareholders ahead of its 16th Annual General Meeting.
According to the decision made by the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Mangsir 4, the company plans to distribute 5% bonus shares on its existing paid-up capital of NPR 2.205 billion.
The proposed dividend will be distributed only after it is approved by the upcoming 16th Annual General Meeting. The announcement is expected to boost investor confidence and reinforce trust in the company’s financial performance.
