यस वित्तीय संस्थाका शेयरधनी श्री कल्याण राज बराल, श्री सत्यभम निरौला, श्री निरज बराल, श्री शंकर प्रसाद दाहाल, श्री प्रतिमा उपाध्याय दाहाल, श्री सौरभ दाहाल र श्री विष्णु सुवेदीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको यस वित्तीय संस्थाको क्रमश १,३०,४६१ कित्ता, १,९२,९३५ कित्ता, ५५,५१३ कित्ता, १,३२,६०७ कित्ता, १,३१,७५१ कित्ता, १,३३,२३२ कित्ता र १,२३,०८४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर चलनचल्तीको मूल्यमा बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखि निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन यस वित्तीय संस्थाको संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा प्रचलित नियमानुसार बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक हाल कायम यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने प्रावधान भएबाट विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
यदि कुनै विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक प्रमाण कागजातहरु संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय थापाथली, काठमाण्डौमा आफुले खरिद गर्न चाहेको शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त समयावधि भित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा यही सूचनालाई आधार मानी प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Urgent Notice to Founder Shareholders Interested in Purchasing Founder Shares

Shareholders of this financial institution, Mr. Kalyan Raj Baral, Mr. Satyabham Nirola, Mr. Niraj Baral, Mr. Shankar Prasad Dahal, Ms. Pratima Upadhyay Dahal, Mr. Saurabh Dahal, and Mr. Bishnu Subedi, have submitted an application expressing their desire to sell founder shares at the prevailing market price, holding respectively १,३०,४६१ units, १,९२,९३५ units, ५५,५१३ units, १,३२,६०७ units, १,३१,७५१ units, १,३३,२३२ units, and १,२३,०८४ units in their names in this financial institution. As the said application was presented at the meeting of the Board of Directors of this financial institution and it was decided to proceed with the sale process as per prevailing regulations, and due to the provision that existing founder shareholders of this financial institution interested in purchasing said founder shares shall be given first priority, this notice has been published for the information of existing founder shareholders.
If any existing founder shareholder is interested in purchasing the said founder shares, you are informed to submit an application specifying the details of the shares you wish to purchase, by attaching necessary supporting documents, at the central office of this financial institution in Thapathali, Kathmandu, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.
Regarding the purchase of founder shares, if no application is received from the existing founder shareholders within the specified period, it is hereby informed to all concerned that the necessary process for selling to other individuals as per prevailing regulations will be initiated based on this notice.
