सूर्योदय वोमी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका तपसिलमा उल्लेखित केही संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन बमोजिम रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउन यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिबाट निर्णय भएकोले संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई नै उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई यस संस्थाको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतिस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी वित्तीय संस्थाको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय महालक्ष्मी-०४, ललितपुर वा शेयर रजिष्ट्रार कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड काठमाडौं-०१, नागपोखरी नक्सालमा आफूले खरिद गर्ने शेयर कित्ता संख्याको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई शेयर बिक्रीका लागि आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाउने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Some founder shareholders mentioned in the details of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have submitted an application to sell the founder shares registered in their name. As per the decision of the financial institution's Board of Directors to proceed with the sale process in accordance with the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, and as per the arrangement to give priority to the institution's founder shareholders for purchasing these founder shares, this notice has been published for the information of the founder shareholders.
If any founder shareholder wishes to purchase these founder shares of the institution, they are informed to submit an application stating the number of shares they intend to purchase, along with necessary documents and proofs, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, either at the financial institution's Corporate Office Mahalaxmi-०४, Lalitpur, or at the share registrar Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu-०१, Nagpokhari, Naxal.
Regarding the purchase of founder shares, if no application is received from the currently existing founder shareholders within the specified period, this notice is also published for the information of all concerned that necessary actions will be taken to sell the shares to other individuals or institutions as per prevailing regulations, apart from the founder shareholders.
