Regarding insurance claims under policies issued by Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited that occurred up to Baisakh end २०८३, for which necessary documents for damage assessment are yet to be submitted by the concerned surveyor or the company has requested necessary documents for final claim settlement via email and telephone from time to time, we kindly request the concerned insured or claimants to submit the remaining necessary documents related to insurance claims through the company's appointed surveyors or at the company's central office, provincial office, or branch offices within ३५ days from the date of this notice to settle and receive their insurance claims. Furthermore, regarding claims for which claim settlement certificates have already been issued in the name of the insured by the company but the necessary documents and signed claim settlement certificates have not been received by the company within the aforementioned period, or if the insured or their representatives do not come into contact, the claim files of the concerned insured will be closed. This notice serves to inform about this matter.
