संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी ७ (सात) दिने सूचना

यस महुली लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका देहायका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छुक भई वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा हाल यस वित्तीय संस्थामा कायम ईच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३ बैशाख १५ गतेको “नागरिक” राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरेकोमा हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्ने कुनै निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस सम्बन्धमा “घ” वर्गको इजाजतपत्रप्राप्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थालाई जारी गरिएको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक सर्वसाधारण तथा संस्थाले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोके बमोजिम Fit & Proper Test को मापदण्ड पुरा हुने आवश्यक कागजात सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिन भित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय अग्नीसाइर कृष्णासवरण ६, महुली सप्तरीमा आफूले खरिद गर्ने शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ । सो शेयरको मूल्य विक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ ।

Notice regarding sale of promoter shares within 7 (seven) days

This notice is published because the existing promoter shareholders did not receive any application to purchase the said shares, even after a ३५ (thirty-five) day public notice was published in the “Nagarik” national daily on २०८३ Baisakh १५ for the information of interested existing promoter shareholders, following the application submitted by the promoter shareholders of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, expressing their desire to sell their promoter shares. In accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, २०७३, the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to “D” class licensed microfinance financial institutions in this regard, and other prevailing laws, interested general public and institutions wishing to purchase the said promoter shares are hereby informed to submit an application, along with necessary documents fulfilling the Fit & Proper Test criteria specified by Nepal Rastra Bank, within ७ (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, at the central office of this financial institution, Agnisair Krishnasavaran ६, Mahuli Saptari, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase. The price of the said shares will be as determined by the seller.
