Business Visitor Visa (C-3-4) for Korea: A Guide for Nepalese Entrepreneurs

The Business Visitor Visa (C-3-4) is specifically designed for Nepali entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals who plan to visit South Korea for short-term business purposes such as meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, or signing trade agreements. This visa allows visitors to stay for up to 90 days and is suitable for those invited by a Korean business partner or company.

Applications for the C-3-4 visa must be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kathmandu after securing an online appointment through https://koreanembassynepal.org. Appointment slots open every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. (Nepal Time). Visa submissions are accepted Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., while visa and passport collection take place between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
